Sama Dance
In this painting I tried to combine the spritual dance of Sophisem (Sama) with the duality of the world. In this piece a woman is doing this spritual dance and she is holding the sun and the moon in her hands.
I personally love this piece a lot. The original painting is a 17th century piece by William-Adolphe Bouguereau. I copied the original painting and added the "Milad Tower" in the background. The Milad Tower is a tower in Tehran/Iran and was added as a symbol of women's freedom in the Middle East.

The Old Man
Oil on Canvas, 100 x 70 cm
I took this photo in Dubai. This old man was unable to understand what I was saying in English, and I couldn't speak Arabic with him. He surprised me when he started to speak Farsi and accepted to pose for my painting.
The Birth
Model: Sherry Sharifi
I tried to show the birth of a human being from the old and tight cocoon. We all face those moments in our lives that we come out of our spoiled cocoon and embrace our beautiful butterfly.
Memories
Oil on Canvas, A self portrait.
Eve's Regret
This painting represents the story of Eve when she bit the apple in the Garden of Eden. We all face those regratable moments in our lives, don't we?
This piece was sold to an art collector in Dubai.
Daydreaming
I took this photo in Thailand. What drew me to this lady sweeping the leaves was her graceful way of doing her job.
This piece was sold at my exhibition in Tehran.
